I have been a resident of Spring Meadows since January of 2015. I have seen many changes in the management, maintenance, and leasing staff over these years. The team may change but the several constants in my experience are the professional, courteous, and personable traits they Exhibit. Any issues that have or may come up have been handled promptly, and any changes are usually communicated through e-mail, phone, or paper. The area in and around the apartment complex is generally pretty quiet for being centrally located in Phoenix. I would recommend Spring Meadows Apartments to anyone who would ask or if it comes up in conversation.
