Spring Meadows Apartments
I have been a resident of Spring Meadows since January of 2015. I have seen many changes in the management, maintenance, and leasing staff over these years. The team may change but the several constants in my experience are the professional, courteous, and personable traits they Exhibit. Any issues that have or may come up have been handled promptly, and any changes are usually communicated through e-mail, phone, or paper. The area in and around the apartment complex is generally pretty quiet for being centrally located in Phoenix. I would recommend Spring Meadows Apartments to anyone who would ask or if it comes up in conversation.

I have lived here 10 + years and the location and apartment works for me. It has assigned parking, is quiet and is convenient to stores and work. The apartment complex is attractive and is kept up nicely.

I have lived in Spring Meadows Apartments in Glendale Arizona for over seven years now. Between the different management companies over those years, I have seen professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness that is to be expected from any business complex for the general population.
