Updated: A Fantastic Apt Complex with Staff that Cares
I'm updating a prior review I left here. Reserve at Arrowhead in Glendale AZ is a gem of an apartment complex with beautiful pools, a 24/7 gym, and staff that is understanding and listens to your needs. I once had a dispute with them over a small issue, but after talking to them I realized that they do listen to tenants and work with them to quickly resolve issues, and I appreciate them even more for that. Great place to live. 5/5. You will truly feel at home here. There are a few pot holes in the road but the staff has said that they are already working to address those concerns.

Random FINES Given to Tenants, Mean office staff. Avoid!
Would not recommend living here. The office staff is mean and spiteful to residents. They will also go around and give random fines to people over issues like fire extinguishers and little things. They refuse to fix pot holes in the roads, and will act incredibly unkind to you after you've initially moved in. Don't fall for their fake happiness when you're applying and going on tour, once they've got you they will turn on you. Reserve at Arrowhead isn't your friend. They have to incentivize people with things like raffles and prizes to leave good reviews here online btw. 1 out of 5, stay far far away.
Hello Julian, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that this is how you perceive us as that is not our intention. I understand that you are upset regarding the fire extinguishers however this was something that was scheduled in advanced and all residents were notified to either bring them in or leave them outside their door with over a week's notice. I am not sure what your schedule looks like but the week notice was to give everyone enough time to ensure they wouldn't be charged for not providing their fire extinguisher. The notice was very clear on your options and if failing to do so by a certain date or time, would result in a service trip charge. I apologize if you feel that a weeks notice was still not enough time for you and I would love the chance to speak with you regarding any potential ways we could improve future notices going forward. Yes, we do have some parking lot potholes as our property has matured over the years but my team has been fixing areas in need when time allows and I would be more than happy to schedule a time to show you those areas in which we've repaired and maybe that might bring some solace in knowing that we are working on it. Been at this place for just about 3 years and it's been great for the most part. Of course it has its moments. Truly the best apartment I've lived in so far.
