I have lived here for several years , in the beginning the property was well kept and other tenants were more considerate. Each management has their own way of doing things. Now the property isn't as nice and the new tenants haven't any considerate for the rules. More handicap parking spaces are needed, because those vehicles who do not have a handicap plate or tag, parkin them.

It is a good place to live. Just needs more reunion places like a pool. And the apartments need more baths

It is comfortable to live in these apartments, but the rent goes up and the facilities remain the same. There are places where the rent is almost the same price, but the apartments have at least 2 bathrooms.

It has become less enjoyable. No one enforces the rules and law , so many tenants do what they want and destroying property, both kids and adults.
