Amazing little community
Acoma thunderbird townhomes are a great little community. Its nice and quiet place where you can feel safe letting youre kids outside to play. The complex is clean and good about limiting outside traffic

Acoma Thunderbird Townhomes. A great place to live.
We have lived at Acoma Thunderbird for 10 years now. It is a lovely place to live. It is quiet, affordable, with lots of green space so it feels far less crowded than it seems. The units are more space than you feel you should get for what you pay. The office is outstanding. The three of us, plus two cats are really content at this property. It's good for kids too. They is a public park less than 5 blocks away, and Kachina Elementary. It is close to anything you might want to do or see in the West valley, and there are two grocery stores within a half mile. 5 stars.
