Been here since April 2025 and living at The Tyler has been great. The area is so lively and stores, shops and restaurants are conveniently close to you.

I absolutely love living here. I moved from another state. I have to say this is one of the best places you could live in Gilbert. Most friendliest team that runs this Apartment building. The gym & common areas and the restaurants all amazing! You can’t go wrong if you move here.
