Management only really cares for the tenants when they want to get you to sign a lease. rest of the time they could care less if you are happy.

Been here going on 9 months and I love living here at MAA Skyview! The staff is always helpful and friendly and prompt with any maintenance issues. The grounds are beautiful with mature trees, plenty of green grass and walk ways, pool area is gorgeous with a fire pit and well kept grills, location is perfect as it is out of the craziness of Queen Creek traffic and close enough to all the fantastic shopping, restaurants and entertainment both Gilbert and Queen Creek have to offer. My two complaints would be that 1), not enough loungers in the pool area, and 2) the bathrooms at the pool are not available to the residents during the weekend. This is really very inconvenient and doesn't make sense as you need a key fob to get into the pool so why wouldn't the facilities be available? Other than that I love where I live!!

I’ve been dealing with a parking safety issue at this community for over two years. Diagonally across from my assigned space is an area clearly marked with stripes, indicating it is not a parking spot. When vehicles park there, my car cannot safely fit in my assigned space without risk of collision—both cars cannot safely coexist in that corner. Despite this being a known issue for years and confirmed by staff and maintenance as not a parking spot, Senior Property Manager Rachel Arrington was extremely dismissive when I raised the concern. She repeatedly denied the issue, showed no urgency, and was unwilling to acknowledge the safety risk until physically seeing my parked car. Another staff member later confirmed that everyone is aware this area is not a parking space and that this problem has existed for years. What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability and care shown toward an existing resident over a legitimate safety concern. This issue is preventable and should have been addressed long ago.
