Great Living Location

Being a long time resident, I've found Sky View to be very peaceful and well kept facility with a family friendly atmosphere. Neighbors and staff are almost always kind and welcoming. Maintenance has always been prompt and resolved any issues that may have arisen, on top of polite and professional communication. Sky View has been a pleasant stay for our family for years.

My New Home

Relocating to Arizona from California on a very tight schedule and budget. I was not able to come out to personally look at the area or available neighborhoods. I was very fortunate that MAA Sky View provided excellent information/pictures of their property. Anna practically held my hand through the entire application process, and even assisted with my concerns after move in. She made me feel like I was truly receiving an exclusive, personal experience throughout the process. I am very happy with the amenities, convenience, and staff here. It already feels like home!

Comfortable Living

It's been nice living here for the duration of my lease. The location is pretty far out and I believe the rent is too high considering the location. The maintenance is always timely and the community is quiet. Apartments are very well kept and bug free. Wish they had a jacuzzi though.
