Expensive but okay
It's been okay the price is high just like everything else in the area, I have not had many issues with the apartment itself. No loud neighbors and pretty safe location. I wouldn't recommend this location because I feel like I could get a better spot with the same price and there is only one internet option avaliable which is garbage.
Love it!
The location is absolutely prime. Close to the freeway and right across the street from the Epicenter plaza filled with awesome shops, coffee and restaurants. Staff is very accommodating and apartments are well kept.
gross, unclean practices
Mop water was thrown from upstairs neightbors, smells like sewaage. was told by staff I have to clean it up. its very unsaintaty now in my patio. I have no hose to wash anything. walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. price has gone from 900 in 2017 and is now over prices at 1660 2023 zero amenities water machine always broke., the club house is real;ly just a place thas always closed or the staff are in there as they're own break room.
Things changed
Was great when I first moved in. Chloe was very helpful, after she left the staff didn't have the same sense of care. It seemed to be reserved for a select few. I called several times about noisy neighbors above me to be told that I'm the only one complaining and that I can call the police. Just not as happy as I was when I first moved in.
