Ive been so relieved & pleasantly surprised at how well the apartments & community are maintained & kept up. The front office people are so nice & always respond promptly to questions or concerns. Maintenance gentleman are nice & competent. Ive had a great year at Curve Gilbert & we just signed on for snother year!

They truly take the residents into consideration. The staff is great and welcoming. Maintenance has always been handled in a timely manner as well. The amenities and cleanliness are great. It feels like they’ve thought of everything to make the residents comfortable and have them enjoy where they live.
