There is not much to do within short walking distance other tgan thevpark and bssketball courts. Other tgan that, this is a nice place to live.

best place ever
I have been living here for a couple of months now and I am extremely glad I chose this place. It's got the best location in Flagstaff. It is safe and near schools. Also, you get direct access to nature. Customer service is amazing! Best place to start living in Flagstaff. Truly recommended.
