My overall experience at Highland has been enjoyable! Perfect spot for me personally, since I’m able to easily get to NAU and work. Haven’t been bothered by an noisy neighbors or anything and feel safe in my aparment.

I believe I’ve lived at Highland Village for about a year and a half and I haven’t had any problems. In my experience living here, there have been many community events throughout the year and there hasn’t been any issues with noisy, obnoxious neighbors (it can be a little loud at times, but within expected hours and even then its not really that loud). I think its a pretty nice place to live as a student and I feel safe in my apartment.

Apartments are completely fine. But the maintenance staff and the front office staff are completely incompetent. If you need help , they will be completely MIA.
