We haven't had good management here for the last three.

I have lived here 9 years. first in a 1 bdrm then 2 bdrm. maintenance has been excellent. Many different office personnel. Most have been very good. the price doesn't compare with other 2 bdrms. others are more expensive.

Im going on 3 years of living here and I can see why most of the tenants are long term renters! Great location, kind staff, great price, etc. My son and I love living here!

Its ok, rent is getting higher and higher. Landscape is not well kept. Maintenance team is subpar. Location is great, neighbors are good and very little noise

Clean units in a quiet complex. Kind, helpful staff. My son and I have lived here for over 2 years and plan on being here for at least a few more. We looked at multiple complexes before signing our lease here and this was surely our first choice.
