The management is embezzling money from the water bills of the residents with out water meters. The Mayor of Cottonwood knows this but does nothing. The water commission knows this, Mike, but does nothing. I have proof of it all. The county attorney will do nothing because the State is just as corrupt. I have proof of that also. I have lived here for 5 years. The apartments are well maintained, the grounds are nice, people are good here. Except the management ripping people off. Check to see if you have a water meter. If not, Do not sign the new water companies agreement. Pay only for the water you use. It is against the law not to have a meter. Call your Mayor and water company. They did nothing for just me but if everyone does it..... Contact a lawyer. This is a class action lawsuit!!! I'm busy suing the State of Arizona. Please take charge!!! I have been gone for the past 5 months but I still have to pay for water, I did not use? That is what all the above people have stated by doing nothing of the corruption of Aspen Ridge.
