I am renting a modest house in a semi rural area. For all the things your average renter would think it lacks, it prevails in aspects of privacy, landlord attention and help, quit living and affordability. My gracious landlord has allowed me to have my dogs which has been a life line. Both the rental company and my landlord have been on top of any issues that have come up. I've been renting this house for over 3 years now. No complaints.

This is a very small house but it's kind of in the country. It's quit for the most part. Fantastic landlord!
