No real issues. Driveway could be repaved.

Washers and dryers need replacing, the are often not operable.

Many of the residents refuse to use any of the on sight washer or dryers as they perform poorly. You will pay for a parking space that you may have to give up often as the lot is overcrowded. Very nice quiet neighborhood, outdated appliances.

We’ve been here for almost a year and have had no issues. Expectations and rules are very clearly communicated. It’s easy to get in contact with the owners and they get back to you pretty quickly. They’re all very nice and pleasant to work with. The property itself is good, no big issues with pests, neighbors, or the unit itself. There’s a pool and a laundry room. I wish there was more parking spaces available for tenants but every unit has at least one nearby. Rent is reasonable for the area. Overall it’s been a great renting experience.
