One of the best luxury apartments in Chandler

It's our second year living in the San Palmas apartment, and we love living here. The amenities are amazing and so are the office staff and maintenance services. We highly recommend it for families.

Fantastic apartments

Extremely happy that we relocated here. The entire grounds are very beautiful. The staff is very nice and always open to any ideas or issues you may have. The maintenance is spot on. I completely trust them to enter our apartment when we are not home. And I am very critical about who enters our home. It is not cheap to live here but not obnoxiously expensive. Sadly, the rent prices in the entire Valley are expensive everywhere after Covid so the best you can do is find the best place for your money. I believe this place is fantastic all around so if you are going to spend the money I highly recommend moving here. As for common noise as with any apartment I would recommend the second floor. Living on the first floor can be nice but you will hear people and pets walking around. But as I mentioned that is common and have nothing to do specifically with this complex. They also have garages and extra storage (when available) that you can rent which is really nice. The outdoor grills are maintained and very clean too. Shopping of any kind is very close as is the main freeway 101. If your time is important I would suggest you visit San Palmas first.
