Outgoing Tenant
Our second stay at this complex was as great as the previous one year lease we signed in 2019. Since we couldn't find a decent apartment home to rent and quality management at the same time is when we decided to return to Chandler Ridge and our decision, in large part, was driven not only by the value but due to Flor in the management office. She was great the first time we moved in and was even more helpful the second time. She is the best and has always been very accommodating with her time and assistance. I would recommend Chandler Ridge to any future tenant's.

I have lived in several apartment communities the last 7 years since I have moved from Wisconsin to Arizona. On my move in day, I was greeted by the most awesome staff. It has been 2 years since I have been here, and the staff is still awesome! It was not a show. I cannot say enough about Susan who works in the office, she is the kindest caring person I have ever met. She takes her time to listen each time I am in the office. She always goes above and beyond; she is a keeper. When I often come into the office, Kelly the manager, always acknowledges you each time as well. They all make you feel like this is your home and that they are working for you. Amazing!!!!!! You just cannot get this kind of customer service anywhere else. When I have had maintenance issues, the kind guys call you by your first name and fix the same day or the next day. Wow! I very seldom ever have an issue with bugs, and this is because they do preventative spraying all the time. I highly recommend this place to live, you will not be sorry with this awesome group of people.
