Noisee

The noise is rediculous and inconsiderate. I have had many discussions with mom and dad above. The kid is super cute but runs a literally marathon. I wish it was different. I would love a different setup.

Get rid of Valet Trash

Quit scamming residents for $300 a year for disabled person's trash service. It's not fair and it is shame. It causes people to leave their garbage outside their doors in the walkways. Flys and smells are so bad in summer it is disgusting. It is very unsanitary. It's a shame that you force people to pay this. It is a worthless service meant for extremely lazy people or those who are disabled. Sad.

How many times are you going to enter my apartment?

I’ve lived here less than one year and have had my apartment entered for various reasons four times already. One of the enter notices even had a threat to evict note with it. You have your office closed to keep your staff safe but it’s ok to expose me? The home I pay for is my property as long as I’m paying for it and I don’t appreciate how many times it’s been entered especially during these times. Having inspections and minor upgrades can wait. Furthermore, where is our discount for the amenities we are paying for yet don’t receive? You charge market value based on what you have to offer as far as amenities yet they have been restricted without a proper discount.
