Nice complex

So far, it's been a lovely place to live. I'm not sure we get value for the cost (older appliances-sinks/tubs, not clean when we moved in, cost for garage is double compared to other complexes, etc.) and maintenance takes some time, but other than that it's fine. Office, pools, grounds are all beautiful. Not allot of noise and very helpful office staff.
