Verrado lofts
The carpet in the lobbies is filthy and never vacuumed. The elevator is constantly filthy and never cleaned out. The steps and stairs leading up to the units is covered in bird feces and leaves and is never clean. Maintenance request do not get done nor are you communicated with..
