Surprisingly, Woodlands Edge Apartments are a very quiet place to live. This is a very large complex with mini dogs and it is still very quiet.

I think you need to rethink parking and no ceiling fans really

It seems like they are more concerned with how the property looks than the residents. No joke they have people leaf blowing from 8:30am till 9pm at least once a week. Management is anal about dog poo but won't put trash cans on each of the bag stations. I was told "We just don't do that, it doesn't look good, its right next to the dumpster" - which for the record, it is much further than the one on the back of the property that is less than ten feet from the dumpster and then they threaten with eviction on everyone's doors when the elderly people don't have access to a poo bin like everyone else in the complex. They said they were going to be putting cameras up around the full complex because people weren't picking up after their dogs but only put cameras directly outside the property managers apartment and the front office where they don't have poo bins. Meanwhile, dogs are pooping on the sidewalk, the covers for electrical outlets (I have a picture), or people are just flat out leaving it in the yard. The apartments are nice but the management couldn't care less about the tenants once you move in.

From the first call I made to inquire about their availability to now a year later, I have not had a single complaint about this complex. The office staff is kind and remembers me and the maintenance is so quick and efficient. The complex grounds are managed impeccably. I love it here.

Been here since 2017 rent gone up every year. Would like ceiling fans and better parking rules instead of bike racks and grills
