I like it here. Compared to others the price is very reasonable. A lot of other apartments complexes have buildings and parking lots only... I like our lay out. We have a lot of trees and yard area. I go walking alot and there are sidewalks and paths. There is a pool, Basketball courts for the grandsons, Tennis courts, Golf course and a gym that I plan on using when the weather gers to cold to walk outside. It is a nice looking complex. Whenever I have a problem I put in a maintenance request and Darwin is on it! Everything gets fixed right away. The location is exactly what I wanted. I plan on living here for a long time. ??

Not happy.
Apartment too old, carpet never been change and stink, doors and cabinets fall apart, everything not been took care of.

Peaceful and Tranquil
I've lived at Lost Springs since January of 2023 and besides a few things out of everyone's control. I love living here. It is a peaceful place. Quiet and friendly neighbors. New management listens and takes care of problems quickly!

Good value
We are satisfied but have one area of improvement to suggest. The outside areas could be made lovely, but the lawns are very ragged with numerous bare spots of dirt. Grass has trouble growing. The topsoil seems thin. We get lots of dust and dirt tracked into our apartment.
