Lost Springs Apartments

My husband and I could not be more pleased with Lost Springs Apartments. We rent a 1 bedroom and it is the perfect size for us. The staff is always very friendly and couldn't be happier with the maintenance team. We have had to submit a couple of maintenance requests and they are always very prompt and friendly and do a great job! We love the swimming pool!! I would highly recommend Lost Springs Apartments to my friends and family! We love our little apartment!

Lost Springs

We have lived for three years at Lost Springs Apartments. Our experience has been good. Our neighbors are mostly friendly. Anytime something was needed for maintenance inside the apartment, the staff was quick to respond. We appreciate that it is an older complex and therefore rent is lower than newer apartments. We have not been subjected to large rent increases every year and I hope that the slow increase of rent as a policy continues. That is important to us. The landscape has large mature shade trees and is surrounded by a lovely golf course. The only suggestions I have for improvements relate to the outside areas. Some guttering is clogged and water collects on our porch during heavy rains. A lot of the shrubbery needs attention. Some yard areas are not very grassy at all. The only issue was once when a neighbor or a guest played very loud music from their truck, but the police stopped it. Some tenants don't pick up after their dogs but I suppose that happens everywhere. Overall our experience here has been very good and we are grateful for Lindsey Apartments.
