Good place to stay awesome neighbors. Maintenance and landlord are good however the quality of the apartment could be better in material.

I really wish I could write a detailed review on my experiences here but I worry that there could be retaliation. To say the least, I feel like I should have working appliances / heating / cooling. I feel like those are the bare minimum. I can live with all the other issues but risking a heat stroke all summer is not cool. Putting pets or children is danger is not... cool. I was offered support (Portable AC unit) but they never followed through with installing it. No temporary room to stay in, no hotel, no discounted rent, no nothing. Just non stop weeks of heat. This place is honestly great when the staff is doing their job. It's just kinda a roll of the dice at that point...

It's not a bad place to live. I like the location On the edge of town. If anything breaks maintenance gets right on it And takes care of it. The rent is reasonable compared to other places and they let me have my cat.
