If peoeple have more ghen one viehical they should park all but one in the second roll, and people need to be quit after 9:00 pm for people who have to go get up to go to work at 1:00 am in the morning.

maintenance wants to make excuses, look at complaints and not fix things. the property is a little cleaner than it was 6 months ago.

Good price for rent compare yo.other places around this area and everything is close like Walmart dollar general , Caseys and ect love it been living here 4 years and no problems and the manager is nice ????

It was really nice , until you let the people with three kids kids and they are trashy now the front of our building looks very trashed out

I have been in my apt. for almost 14 years. the grounds are no longer kept as clean as they were when I moved in. they are letting people stay that has caused damage to other peoples apt and has proven to be a safety risk to others.

They don’t like to fix anything . Swimming Pool hasn’t been fixed into years , trash all over mounds of dirt sitting in front of pool for two years. Nasty nieghbors who leave trash outside their doors, beer bottles broken glass laying around. Not a good place for children to be living. Raises rent every year and want people to leave in a trash hole. Never come to change filters.
