Low Price Not Terrible

Lived here for nearly 10 years so far, location isn't bad and the prices are some of the cheapest in Rogers. Haven't really ha any issues with staff or neighbors except for unsupervised kids that tore up what used to be a basketball court and like to fire off bottle rockets and other random fireworks throughout the year and without any supervision.
