Residents with pets will receive a Fido / Paw Score upon completing their PetScreening.com profile. This score determines the acceptance of your pet and any applicable fees. Below, you will find the fee information, pet fees, pet rent, and a list of restricted dog breeds. All current residents are required to renew their profile information annually.
