Quail Run At Meadow Springs

Overall - great apartments, office staff is very friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help, maintenance staff goes above and beyond to keep the grounds clean and quick to respond to maintenance tickets. I was nervous about moving here at first, but I have been very pleased. My only downfall to this apartment is no dishwasher- but we knew that when moving in.

Great place for a starter apartment. Staff is helpful and friendly. Paula and PJ always get the job doen and take things serious when problems occur.

i love it here its so nice! the living room is a good size and the bedroom with walk in closet is amazing!

Very nice place, close to work. Have not had a chance to meet everyone but the ones i have were very friendly.

Would not recommend. One weekend the sewer back up into my apartment. When I called the maintenance man he told me that it was not an emergency. I had ---- all over my bathroom and in the hall and in part of my son’s room. There was ----. When I told him that there was sewage all over he asked me if I was exaggerating then he told me it was not an emergency. So I had to go out and and buy over 200 dollars of vacuum and cleaning supplies to clean it myself. They didn’t do anything until that Monday and it was Friday evening that this happened. They never replaced the carpet for me either. So that’s nasty and very unhealthy. When I moved out they tried to get me for over 1000 dollars for the carpet. But I got pictures, videos and even a recording of the call of the incident. So that’s not happening. I even cleaned the place when I left
