We fell in love with the BerDud years ago and had the opportunity to purchase it in 2020. After a year of restoration this beautiful building ,originally as a four-plex, still has its original hardwood floors, fireplaces, big windows, and tall ceilings. We did do a few changes... opening up the kitchen to the dining room, and adding closets in the bedrooms and a private mud roomlaundry in the back of each apartment. All bathrooms and kitchens are modern yet you can still see the historic integrity of the property. These apartments are some of our largest and feature tons of natural light.
