It could be better
It has declined since I have been here. Neighbors have damaged property and there is a drug smell at all times of the day. People drive way too fast thru the parking lot.

NICE PLACE TO LIVE
PARK LAKE IS A NICE PLACE TO LIVE. CLOSE TO STORES BUT KINDA ON THE EDGE OF TOWN, IT IS QUIET MOST OF THE TIME : ) WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THE AMENITIES DUE TO COVID BUT THE POOL HAS JUST BEEN REDONE AND THE GYM IS SMALL BUT HAS THE EQUIPMENT TO DO A GOOD WORKOUT WITH. WE HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE 2016 AND DONT PLAN ON MOVING ANYTIME SOON.

first impressions
I was not happy with the entrance and exist of getting in and out of the complex. The apartment is really in the back forty but mostly there truly needs to be a signal light there so we can get out onto parker road. I'm sure this isn't the only time that's been said. I am happy as I can be with the loss of my husband that created the move. I couldnt stay where I was. I believe GOD opened this place up for a reason and I am going to wait to see what he brings my new life. SO I am thankful to be where I am. Praise GOD for now and the future to come. Thank u
