Cannot find a better bargain. Sure, theres no dishwasher and the laundry facilities are shared, but seriously highly reccommend this property! You cant find anything else near that affordable downtown. Its worth it!

I can say that for my first apartment renting, its been a really easy first experiece so far. There have been a lot of maintence issues, sometimes I bring up problems with the apartment and its as if my landlord sweeps the problems under the rug by placing a band-aid over a gushing wound. Ive had a lot of unsanitary smells within my fridge and pantry that has left me with no safe space to store my food unless I want rat feces or a treacherous smell to bleed into my food. I pray that I get my deposit back, I cannot count on my hands the amount of times ive been sick due to the negligence of my landlord to my apartment. The heat is insane and the apatment isnt entirely too functional. For thr price you will get all utilities included which is a dream come true but where things are too good to be true there are some major downfalls included and ive seen them in my two year stay at my apartment. It is a sweet cosy spot right in downtown and all would be well had it not been for the issues with the rusted pipes, smelly food storages, and exhausting heat. Its been a love hate relationship of an experience here and I just keep praying to god that things will get better and that I dont pass out from the exhaustion of upkeeping such a small disfucnctional and harsh enviroment. I do enjoy the rainy days here, its so sweet and cosy. All being said, I rate my living experience here a solid 3 out of five stars. Thank you.

I live in Jonesboro, a small town with an Univerity. Cost of living here is high. To find anything half decent for $600 or less is scarce. To have found my blessing of a home for only $550, let alone in one of the best environments, had been truly unbelievable to me. I remember shortly after receiving my keys I walked down five minutes to where my apartment was located. After embarrassingly struggling to open the door for about 10 minutes I finally got the door opened. The apartment was so quiet. The living area dimmed by the light pouring through the shades of the windows. The french doors as elegant as the rest of the home. Welcome home Reina and congratulations to your victory. I sat on the wooden floors relishing the harvest of my hard work. This is mine, my first apartment. To this day im still making new memories in my home. Hopefully many more to come!

This complex is centrally located and everything is included aside from electricity. The landlord is very kind and understanding, and the pet policy is very reasonable. The only downside is the parking, due to living downtown people will take apartment parking spaces for nearby events.

Have been here about 6 months and love it!
