It quiet and peaceful here, the apartments feel like theyre tucked away appropriatly. Parking for my area is great! Other areas are a little more fully though. Feels safe!

The cliffs have been a great apartment complex for me. I have zero complaints. Maintenance comes fast sith any issues i have. I always have a parking spot by my building. Quiet and polite neighbors. Couldnt ask for much more!

Before moving to NWA I had seen a few negative things and reviews about properties owned by Lindsey, though I should note I, personally, have never had any crazy issues while living at The Cliffs. I love it! Any maintenance issues we've ever had were ALWAYS resolved and I've always had nice encounters with the staff. This is a nice sized apartment community with a trail that spans all around the beautiful property on both side of Cliffs Blvd. The trail around the apartment complex can also connect to the trail system on Mt Sequoyah, which is right behind the property. Honestly, the only negative things I can say are in regards to the trail around the property. The trail itself is nice! Though, I believe all of the trail lamps on the southeast end of the property are in need of repair or new bulbs. They are never on with the rest of the lamps, which can make it just a little too dark in the evening or morning. There is also "boxcar" bridge (for lack of a better word) on the trail behind Tanzanite that has been covered in graffiti the past year which looks a little tacky. This graffiti was not there when I moved in over a year and a half ago. I'm not sure who is responsible for the bridge--I just figured it was worth mentioning. There are other amenities, I just haven't really utilized them. In my opinion the rest of the property itself is mostly clean and pretty. LOTS of trees, greenery, ponds, wildlife (sometimes even deer)--I love walking around this place. To be honest--I'm from Southwest Missouri, and I have never seen a property management company put so much emphasis on building a complex around so much nature. It's really is quite nice. I've never had an issue with noise either. For the most part it's always peaceful and quite around here. (At least around my building; I can't speak for others). I don't see my neighbors often, but I haven't any issues anybody. Also, parking has never been an issue for me, either.
