Love it here. I love The pool, swimming pool in the gym. The staff is really nice here. I’ve never had any trouble from anyone. It’s always quiet after 10 PM.

They came in to change my air filter. I asked if it was very bad, and he said no. I looked around at it, and there wasn’t even one there! The windows in my apartment all have paint overspray on them one of them you can’t even see out of. One of the maintenance man said they supply lightbulbs. The other one told me the kind above the bathroom sink we don’t. So overwhelming it seems like there’s not much communication from them.

So...I moved in January 5th 2022. I had some maintenance issues. The disposal wasn't working and the dishwasher wouldn't spring up to release the detergent pod. I understand things happen but if you are considering living here I felt that people should know how maint. is done. The disposal was fixed, left me a note about the dishwasher telling me 'just don't put the detergent in there'. So I looked online to see if that would affect the cleaning and all mfg. websites said this is not recommended because the det. will melt during prewash and won't be there when it needs to be for the wash. Anyway, they just said it was fixed. No matter what I said, they just kept repeating that 'it's fixed'. I asked who I could call to take it up the chain of command. I called the number and it was a third party call center and all they did was call the property and come back and say: 'they said it's fixed'. I call the home office told them my issue and asked to speak to someone that could help. She asks me to hold and I'm NOT on hold, I'm transferred back to the call center (the same one, yeah...). So I looked online and got the name of a top guy...well one of his names. He has aliases, no contact info. So, it's a closed circle and there is no way to resolve. I ended up watching a video and fixing it myself. So today, the dryer isn't working (maint. told me these appls. are from the 1980's). I wasn't feeling well so the maint. people let themselves in. I hear them come in, then a min. later I hear the door close (the apt. is less the 600 sq. ft.). I didn't hear anyone working so I looked and they were already gone...hmmm. They left a note saying they were done and that they had to re-position vent. They didn't turn the dryer on or anything, just walked in for 30 sec. and pulled the dryer out from the wall an inch. I know this because I called the office and they told me the duct was kinked and that it just needed to to be pulled out .Will update if magically fixed!
