Village At Gateways I

I've been pleasantly surprised by the compact, laid-back, well-equipped experience The Village. The staff is available and flexible, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and I haven't had to think or worry about anything in over a year. The gym really makes it worth it.

Great quality of living. Maintenance is efficient.

The townhouses are in okay shape. Maintenence can be good depending on time of year. You cant hear your neighbors. there are train tracks nearby, you can hear it but its not disturbing. The main complaint is no screens on the windows which means not opening windows during the spring or summer. Theres a dog park, pool, gym, game room which are nice. Overall, its worth it.

We have been here for a few months. I got to enjoy the pool for a few weeks before it closed, and it was fantastic. We use the dog park frequently and greatly appreciate the clean-up bag stations throughout the community. Besides some delayed maintenance items, we haven't had any issues. Highly recommend Hannah in the leasing office. She is a kind soul and truly an asset to the community. She has been nothing but helpful and inviting. I have no complaints about the community at large. It's a quiet, respectful place overall. Neighbors we've met have been friendly and welcoming. I hope to be here for a while!

Overall best place ive ever stayed! Would highly recommend.
