Kids always leave trash in the parking lot, I can barely open my mailbox because of the key whole and the key being crooked, my apartment has a smell I can't get rid of coming from rotting walls and pipes.

Needs improvements.

Its an ok place to live. Improvemrnts need to be made for what is being charged. Paying almost $900 for a parkijg lot to have potholes isnt good. The buildings are old.

A nice place to stay

I have lived here for 3 years. Initially I did have some problems with the unit and getting them resolved with management when I first moved in. There was a lot of having to follow up and issues with the water leaking in my unit. After this was resolved, my stay here has been pretty good! The parking lot needs work with the potholes. Maintenance is quick to resolve the issues submitted. It is quiet and safe, especially at night.

It’s a great place to live if you move now you would more than likely get a updated apartment but mines isn’t and want be upgraded until I move.
