2408 Tyler Rd

We have only lived here for 6 months, but love the location and the house itself is beautiful. Recent updates to the kitchen and bathrooms make the space very open and inviting, but it seems the process was done in a hurry so there are quite a few mistakes and looks "messy". Windows have white spray paint on them from when the house was painted white and the windows do not open because they were painted shut. It's been difficult to get maintenance done when needed (i.e we have two garage spaces, but one garage door doesn't work so we are unable to use it. Multiple maintenance requests, but nothing comes of it). Huge backyard, but because of the location on the hill it becomes very muddy and the driveway floods during rain storms. Beautiful screened in porch with surrounded tree view!
