I have lived here for over 3 years. I can honestly say that this is the worst apartment living experience I have ever had. The air hasn't worked properly in two rooms since I moved in. I have put in multiple work orders for this. If this complex spent as much time on maintaining its apartments as it does on lawn care it would be much better. Now that my grandkids are graduating, it is time to move out of this money pit. Paying $25 dollars a month for trash valet and $10 dollars a month for trash service is a rip-off. Also, when I moved in my water bill was never over $65 a month, now I pay $95. Where does the extra money go cause I know my water usage didn't go up that much! Too much money for way too little service.
