Arbours At Victoria Place

Hello, it’s just a lot of last-minute things that are being done a lot and not enough time given. I also noticed that my account is messed up so I’m gonna need to have a meeting about that to see what’s going on as far as that I see a whole Nother insurance or something on my policy that’s not even supposed to be on there and then I also see I’ve been getting charged fees that I shouldn’t be getting charge Since last month that I wasn’t aware of just keep going on up on the rent and different things like that, but nothing is being changed for real and I really wish we had a privacy gate with the fence as well. It’s getting better with the loud music and loud noises and Trash and things like that going on in the parking lot overall, Miss Deborah is great. Haven’t had a chance to meet any of the new people that have taken over so far thank you. We do have a huge issue as well with carpenter bees out here and it causes a big issue getting up and down the stairs. I really don’t want anyone to hurt their self because of that but it’s definitely a big issue and I think it’s because the wood is so old or something along the lines of that or maybe we can, get pest control to start spraying for stuff maybe putting it in the contract and order for them to do that to keep incident on the property of the people that live here as well as a big concern

It is a really nice place until it was bought by another company and everything went up all at once
