ALL Staff Members are great

Office staff has always been so kind and helpful. The maintenance staff are great and very good at fixing any problem that may arise, quickly. The grounds are very well kept. The neighborhood is quite and people are friendly. I love living here.

Pet Policy

We allow 2 pets per apartment.  There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month.  There is a weight restriction of 75lbs. per pet in this community.  RAM Partners has a “NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS” policy. Dog breeds and any mixes thereof prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management. All applicants will be required to complete Pet Screening at the time of application. *We participate in Pet DNA testing to help keep our community clean!  Please contact the Management office for more information.
