Please Lower Rent

I’ve lived here for many years. I was not a fan of the renovations. To me this was a reason to raise rent. I do not think the price of rent is worth the value of the apartment. These are hard times and inflation is running rampant, but there seems to be no increase in return for the tenenats when price rises. We’re just footing the bill for the market it seems. If that’s the case, be transparent and make rent more reasonable. If this is not something in your control then discuss these things with your tenants and help them understand the reason for raising rent so high.

Living in Stratford Village

I've lived here about 6 years. The community is quiet; the neighbors I know are nice. Maintenance of the interior space seems good. Nice remodeling of the kitchen area, etc. Parking is "okay" except for the cars that park in non-spaces. A lot of the windows need replacing bcs they're fogged up (I think the double panes have lost their insulation value?). Maintenance of the grounds leaves some to be desired, especially the shrubbery beds - the soil is washed away; there needs to be some sort of mulch or something; leaves need to be cleaned up.

Something are not right

I do not have really anything to say. As in particular, because they just need to not charge people before if they do not use amazon lockers
