Poor management and maintenance

I've been here for 7 years now. The last 3 to 4 have been the worst. Rent keeps going up but nothing is being done about comfort within your apartment. Building's are no longer being power washed and the mold and mildew is taking over. Maintenance is slow about getting anything done. I think they should be more mindful when they place people especially in units where people have been there years especially with the older people. Place in young people in units where it's older people, has become uncomfortable due to the excessive noise and the inconsideration of other tenants. The amenities here at Brooklyn point is ridiculous. The washroom has been taken over by late night people with nowhere else to go. In 7 years of me being here the swimming pool has never been accessible. You're lucky if you get someone to pick up the phone at the front office. After front office manager Mrs Mary left these apartments have gone downhill every since.

Could be better

In my experience, I have had to ask for things to get done too many times before it got done. Customer service needs more training is barely there or willing to have a mature conversation.
