I have lived here for 6 months and I love it! The pool area is awesome and the resident events are so much fun!! One of the best parts is the short walk to Hays Nature Preserve! I highly recommend living here!!

I have been here for 6 months and I Love it! The amenities are amazing and my apartment is perfect. I love the short walk to Hays Nature Preserve. Perfect location just a few minutes from downtown and a short commute to Guntersville! Highly recommend The Watts Hampton Cove.

I have been living at The Watts for 6 months and I absolutely love it! My apt is very spacious, a beautiful view of Hays Nature Preserve, and the staff is extremely nice. The pool and the cabanas are perfect for summertime. I love being able to walk to Hays Nature Preserve relax and unwind by the pond. I love it here and I would recommend anyone to this community. 5 stars!!!!

This community is in a great location, only 12 minutes from downtown and fantastic amenities. The apartments are beautiful inside. I love that the buildings all have elevators and several great restaurants nearby!

Buildings are poorly constructed. Our building has had the power go out 3 times for 3-6 days due to faulty electrical, not storms or power outages. Others are experiencing power outages, ac going out, flooding, and leaks. Only been here a few months! Run away!

New here but my experience so far has been okay. I had an exceptional experience with my leasing agent and then when I went to move in she wasn't here and it has sort of unwelcoming since, like they didn't know who I was. My storage unit was given away and just odd. Overall, I love the unit layout, design, and style. Look forward to experiencing the pool and other amenities soon.
