I relocated to HSV for work back in 2024. LaVeeta and Stephen made my transition smooth and enjoyable. Living in the foothills has great advantages, as it is quiet and removed from the road noise of the local highway. Everyone seems to be quite nice and respectful -- residents and staff. Maintenance issues are attended to promptly and suitably completed.

We have been in our two-bedroom apartment for six years. We are very happy with the location and the amenities. The maintenance staff is outstanding. They are very responsive and professional. The two managers always get back to us regarding questions and issues. There is one MAJOR ISSUE that is of real concern...we need LIGHTING as you turn into the Hampton Falls from Hwy 431. There have been four major accidents in the past two months right in front of the complex....many issues were from people coming out of or turning into the complex. We need lights or reflectors to give motorists a real heads-up as they turn in. There are four small cellular lights that are completely ineffective
