I moved in this past July, and now that it’s December, I’m not happy with this apartment. I’ve had multiple issues, and whenever someone comes to fix them, it’s only a temporary solution—the problems keep coming back. On top of that, I’ve submitted maintenance requests that have gone unresolved for months. I’m frustrated paying rent every month while not feeling satisfied or properly taken care of as a tenant.

The people upstairs from are extremely noisy habe been for months. I really prefer to move to a different unit. Preferably upstairs
