Water Leak

I have lived in this community since August 2022. Since October 2022 I have been dealing with a water leak coming in my apartment through the ceiling and window. I have made every possible attempt to be patience and now I’m a frustrated resident with how this has been handled. Even after countless emails and hired contractors, management still decided to take their own route against what contractor’s recommended such as painting over active wet spots. After numerous emails this issue has still not been resolved. I just wanted a resolution so I can move past this issue I have been dealing with for over the last three months .
