This property would be perfect if it were not for the management staff that likes to treat the apartment like an HOA. In fact, I would say it is worse than an actual HOA. At least when you purchase into an HOA community, you know beforehand what terms you agree to. Instead, you go into this property without that knowledge beforehand and have to find out the parameters, that they frequently adjust to their liking, and have to learn the hard way what they are in forms and notices left on doors, snide text messages, and AI-written emails. They put on a great front when you visit, talking about all they have now and all they have planned coming up. These are, in fact, lies and will never actually happen. Before you decide to put in an application with them because they are running "a great promo", stop and ponder why that is and why they are having to push those so hard to get people to apply and move in.

Great experience, great management, great prices.

I love the office staff and their attentiveness. The maintenance guys would do better and pay more attention without their golf cart. IMO! The same cobwebs are in the breezeways since I moved in 5 months ago. The dog waste has also been an ongoing battle due to limited waste stations.
