Nice and quiet apartment complex. Feels very much like home. Easy communication between staff and residents.

This apartment building is charming, like the perfect antique find. It’s close to UAB, which I love. Maintenance could be quicker to respond; I have ladybugs and these weird moth bugs that find their way into my apartment. I need that handled. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. Overall, it’s a lovely place to live.

I enjoyed living at Sycamore, overall, for its great location and good views and great parking. However, with renovations going non-stop since Harvest acquired the property, there has been little peace at the apartment complex Monday-Saturdays from 7:30am - 6pm. I understand the need to renovate apartments, but a better business model would be to move everyone out of the building, rather than have 5-6 residents living in the building while going through extensive remodeling. The maintenance staff, otherwise, were super nice and helpful. The real reason I am leaving is the lack of washer/dryers in apartments, and the lack of a full kitchen in the apartments.
