This process ensures a responsible and pet-friendly environment by documenting all animals on the property and mitigating potential risks. By completing a digital PetScreening profile, residents confirm their understanding of the pet policies, compliance expectations, and any applicable penalties. Community PooPrints DNA Program: All pets must participate in the PooPrints DNA program, the first and largest commercial DNA Waste Management Program. $250 Fine for DNA Matches: If a pet's DNA matches that of a resident's pet, there is a $250 fine per occurrence. Prohibited Dog Breeds: The following dog breeds and mixes are prohibited: Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier, and American Pit Bull terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management. Residents wishing to have pets in the apartment must adhere to these rules and fees. Prospective residents are advised to review and understand these policies before moving in with their pets.
