Outstanding Customer Service

I just finished renting at Bay Arms Apartments and it was such a great experience that I had to post a review. I am moving from San Diego, CA and wanted to be sure I had secured a place to live before I made the long trip to Alaska. Joyce, the property manager, was absolutely fantastic during the whole process. I was able to apply and get approved ahead of an apartment being available and then was placed on the waiting list. As soon as there was an apartment available, she contacted me and I was able to finish everything online from San DIego. Joyce was professional and friendly as I asked a million questions and I was just so impressed with the warmth and attention she gave me. I would highly recommend this complex for the location, value, and professionalism of the staff.
