There is some floor damage, but other than that, I like this place a lot. The ammenites aren't lacking, the location is great, and the staff is super helpful and attentative. Would reccomend.

We needed a small place for just a year before our move out of state and TimberRidge fit that bill perfectly. They accommodated us to move in a week earlier than planned which helped us a lot and the staff - OMG Jacob is amazing, friendly, professional and good communication. Maintenance has been quick and friendly and professional as well. This is a great place to live and we are happy so far. Plus they allow dogs and cats too which is a plus.
