The apartments are clean and well taken care of they sit in a really nice neighborhood with a man things to do. The landlord and tenants are nice and easy to talk too.

Nice remodeled apartment for decent price. Laundry is close by and wirh easy payment with app and machines are fast. Not much of a view, parking can be iffy since there no appointed spots and neighbors are loud with their walking around and banging but otherwise really quiet. Also theres a park right next door.

I have lived here 3 Years and 2 months. My unit could use a little maintenance. It is sometimes a little hard to get in touch with management, but the staff is very helpful when you do. My biggest issue would be the laundry room. The washer and dryers are potluck. 1 washer has been out of service for over a year and lately the dryers don't dry your clothes. I think the company that furnishes to the complex should either replace ALL the machines or at least give repairs that last, instead of constant issues. It's almost a joke about if you get a chance at working machines. Other than that, only a few parking issues here and there.
