The only issue I really have is the people who park near the back of my unit and stay there overnight with music blaring.

A new starter being a resident at an early age, but going well & the peaceful it gets the more comfortable I feel in my own home; Although I work a lot, I still make time to use what I am living under to good use, even if it's temporary. Just a little maintenance, but came in a neat/decent residence.

I've contacted the office both by telephone and text. I have yet to hear from anyone. Our next door neighbors continue to play loud music and a couple of kids has ripped off and stolen our flag

The people at grundergrunder are awesome. They are willing to work with you. You just have to be patient with them

Cold in winter. Electric and gas sky high. Kept furnace up to keep pipes from freezing. Front door has 3/4 inch cracks top and left side. Had to stuff blankets in the cracks all winter. One car parking only. Any other have to park on the road. When furnace comes on it draws cold air inside from every available crack. Water is rusty. Smells like Clorox and has a terrible taste. Coffee has light layer of sludge floating on top. There is no over hang above the door. When it rains it pours on your head. In the winter it freezes right in front of the door. Why should tenants be responsible for the cost of frozen pipes.
