I have been here for 5 years now amazing neighbor hood but i tell you always raising fees and rent when the household amenities just break so easily and i cannot request maintenance on it cause of course its always raising a fee every year or so anyways its a pleasanr neighborhiod to live and no joise just some loud music somedays and of course thise mowing lawn when graveyears shift is sleeping but no complaints i love it here its just place so small and rent skyrocketed because of inflation etc

Living here for almost 4 years now is ok just you know small things occur where I don’t know if the new manager is able to help with sometimes don’t receive a response but you know life busy we all busy so yeah the place is quiet and great neighbors also another thing is machine always broken to do laundry wish that wouldn’t be an ongoing issue but all in all great neighborhoods great place always being cleaned up and nice parking space so 4/5

Its a nice place to live, the only bad things are, parking is small and the cigarette smoking in the building is very bad.

My biggest complaint is that the apartment policies require charges for maintenance calls. I had a concern that my refrigerator wasn’t working properly, so I called to have it checked. Maintenance came to my apartment during regular business hours. There ended up not being a problem (just a bulb), however I was charged $100 for this. I am not someone who calls maintenance often for frivolous reason, so I wish there could be more flexibility when determining charges…the price seems excessive to me and I have not encountered this at other apartments!
