Good place, building is aged for the area but kept pretty well. Except the makeup air unit has been a issue for some time. The manager is a amazing lady as is the cleaner and the maintenance man. The women working at reception is always on her phone and keeps the office door locked and will ask you what you need before opening the door. In my opinion if a office is open, so is the door. The atmosphere of the complex is very good and a very welcoming group. The little garden plots are great!

Ive lived here for a year now, and inadequate is the main theme around here. It seems as though the resident manager doesn't really care. The amenities are underwhelming. When I signed my lease i was told the gym would be reno'd this still hasn't happened. My neighbours aren't the best, constantly slamming doors under me and across the hall. also slamming the ceiling under me for my cat running around. I would bring this up to my resident manager, but I don't trust that she'll do anything. Also, the receptionist is rude and always seems to be inconvenienced to have to do anything other than bury her face in her phone behind her desk.

We are new to the building just a couple of weeks and so far everything has been really good. We are looking forward to making this a long term residence. Every one we have run into is very friendly, we are looking forward to spring and getting to really see what is going on and meeting our new neighbours
